There are tiny oil secreting glands around the nipple that help keep it moist and lubricated during nursing. Like any oil gland, they can get blocked and a pimple will develop.
I had a patient with one the other day.
I had her put hot compresses on it a couple of times a day; a few days later it ruptured and drained the pus while she was taking a hot shower. (She said it didn't hurt to drain that way.)

If they don't irritate your nipple, use some creams on it.
Stay away from the heavily medicated stuf (like the blemish clear stuf....owww..), as it can burn like a mothatrucka!

If it doesn't go away within a week or so, call your doctor, and go to a dermatologist.

Also, is there any chance you're pregnant?
Just making sure, cause if so, you may have a blocked milk duct. (you may have one anyways, I'm not sure if that can happen...)

DON'T POP IT!
It will hurt, REALLLLLY bad, and it will get infected, and ...ew.
lol
Just don't do it!
Also, put a little bit of neosporin on it too. Keep ift really clean so it doesn't get infected.
:-D

Good luck!

Yes it is possible to have a pimple on your nipple. Think of it this way...it is possible to have a pimple anywhere that you have pores. Face, neck, back, nipple, etc...
