Such as what we have seen in Guantanamo Bay. They can be kept there for an undetermined amount of time without being charged. Isn't that against human rights ? And no, before you ask, I do not tolerate terrorism. But isn't it supposed to be innocent unless proven guilty ?

Unfortunately not everyone in Gtmo is a terrorist, but most of them are... I guarded them in 02 and most feel like it.. the problem is that military tribunals can't extist in this type of war. If you pulled every soldier/marine off the line to testify we wouldn't have an occ force. So yes it sucks but there is just nothing to be done about the few that are there who don't deserve to be (contrary to pop belief most people at gitmo are bigtime, they don't send Akhmed the IED placer there or turban the sniper, they send higher ups there for the most part ... i reemphasize for the most part)

This was the intent of the MCA.
Before the Patriot Act and the MCA were enacted, these terrorist "suspects" were allegedly being subjected to extraordinary rendition--sent to another country with less civil protections, for interrogation or torture, or whatever it took...
What many do not realize is the MCA was enacted because it is more humane than extraordinary rendition.

Why do yo think they are being kept there at G-Bay, we don't need anyone them here. Maybe they are not all bad, but they all come from a country that "hates" the United States, and its better that we interrogate and weed them out there than here.

Inmates in Guantanamo Bay must be charged with crimes that they are supposed to have committed to justify their detention. Nevetheless, they were detained and treated as terrorists.

you do not / can not. The battery needs to be bumped off and recharged in a charger. Leaving your digital camera on outdoors in one day is the the better of techniques. And the outcomes at the instant are not likely to be stable.
