Ok so i have a friend. he's really cool and and hes nice and stuff. but alot of things he does pisses me off especially when hes at my house. he uses my stuff like my video games and my guitar the whole time, he eats all my food, throws his trash on the ground and refuses to pick it up, yells, and other stuff. also he uses picks up like everything in my room and makes noise with it and today it just really pissed me off. how can i make him stop this annoying behavior without being a jerk to him? or am i just being nit picky?

He's totally taking advantage of you.
Tell him you don't like what he's doing. Get him to pick up after himself. If he doesn't like it, tell him to go and mooch off someone else.
Alternately, you could go and crash and HIS place, eat all his food, and make a mess of his stuff. Then see how HE likes that.

You are definately NOT being nit picky. You need to let him know that there a boundaries to his behaviors and the more you mature the less appealing his immaturity is to you. Maybe he's trying to get your attention in some way. Let him know he has it and that you don't appreciate the disrespect and the chaos.
