Wow, this is such a great question. I am trying to figure this out, too. I am afraid I can't tell you. Maybe ask around for a corporate lawyer and pay for a half hour consultation about how to set up the business.

generally it depends on the type if the company
usually that issue can be customized by the two people
its more of understanding and trust between the 2 bcoz in a company not all can do same kind of duty, hope u get my point

By the amount of money each person has invested. You divide the parts relatively. ex: 60/40%.

Is it too simple? If there are other values included (ex:time spent working, etc.) I am no help.
