hi,
im persian & i have already applied for UT in austin, i have invested some money here & i have about 6k $/month income from the local bank, i wonder how i can get loan for buying a house & do i need to be employed or is it possible for one of my relatives to get the loan(he is citizen & has job) for me & i my self give him the money each month, but i want be the only owner of the property & not him, do you think its possible? or what are the requirements?

Yes, in AMERICA, anything is possible!!! Go look in your phone book or Yahoo business directory and look for a mortgage broker or mortgage company or ask people you know if they know of a mortgage broker! I wouldnt suggest going to your bank. Then talk to the mortgage broker and tell him/her your situation and they will advice you of your options and find a lender for you!

Ask lots of questions and make sure you understand what is being said to you!

Go to your bank and tell them you need a loan.
