Maybe because you and the other 4 don't act like stupid monkeys. Paying attention and not distracting others goes a long way. Sounds like you should keep up the good work!

Your teacher may be burned out. There are always certain students that we see something special in, and these tend to get better treatment than some others, but, it's not right. She/he definately shouldn't have favorites.

What we teachers love is "engagement' - that is, kids who are involved in the lesson, stay involved and are evidently learning. That is our goal - so if that is you and the four others that is probably it - keep doing it.

It could be that the other kids are mean to her/him but i guess you aren't so she/he wouldn't treat you the same way plus teachers are still humans therefore having feelings that count.

i dunno mayb the teacher likes ur personality or sumfin.. it always happens... at least u dnt get in trouble a lot
