Muslims living in america(americanized ones)?

I'm talking about the ones who speak perfect english and were born into the western culture.Are they still despised to this day?Despite being somewhat westernized?

Despised by whom, Eastern or Middle Eastern Muslims, yes, they probalby are. Their kids have Ipods and Xboxes, they drive Lexus and Mercedes, they are tolerant of Jews and Christians and Hindus. They live and let live. They are not EVANGALISTIC enough for most Middle Easterners.

By Westerners, we generally don't give them much notice. They dress a little different (some of them), but they have Master Card and Visa. Then are consumers. They don't make trouble. They aren't violent. For the most part they are better citizens than the average WASP!

For the most part the average American actually can't tell the difference between a Hindu, Sihk and Muslim. They basically all "look" the same. They have the same basic color skin, similar accents and similar distinctive dress.

A lot of Arabs and PErsians (although, most are not serious Islamics or probalby Catholics) look and dress like the average american and they run what we generically call a "liqour" store selling beer, milk, bread and can goods. Since they sell liqour or beer we don't consider them that devote of Muslim if they are Muslims. These people wear average American clothes.

Salam :) i'm a Muslim teen residing in Canada. I do get the few ignorant comments and idiots in school though who ask stuff like "yo were given a bomb less than there hahaha". notwithstanding the hardest area is being diverse out of your acquaintances. first you must be a youngster..don't remember anything about WW2.
right?
here is what is going to happen in this country if things don't change soon!
i have never believed that if you must push you religion on others using the blast side of a gun to be right! and if you do this your own kind will revolt against you ...here in this country we will just show our guns first ....well not if the govt. steps in first like was done during WW2.....every one from that region will be loaded up and given a choice...go home ( you homeland) or go to a concentration camp.
the general public alternate method is under a firing squad.
why you might ask...simple answer...when the killing by terrorist method comes back to the USA...you wont be able to tell a good one from a bad one! They (the bad ones) will wear the same uniform as you and i!! jeans and a t-shirt etc...or suit! Be free to roam and do as they please!
I do not feel sorry for anyone that is either to lazy or just to chicken to police their own religious heritage.

there is "NO" African-American...no Jewish American...no Mexican American....french American....well you get the picture.etc...etc...etc...you are either "JUST" ...AMERICAN...or go home! you are either a U.S. citizen and American by one means or another or you are what you say you are...

Mexican... Jewish ... Muslim .... French .... English(British) ... German...Etc. Etc....
but not a combination of the two!
