That's so funny. They were in style in the early 1980s. All the kids were wearing them and I lived in a state that never gets cold. It was a dumb fad.
Now that I live in the Midwest, it makes a lot of sense and is great news to me!

Well if you're the kinda guy who wears miniskirts and makeup, then yes. If not, I wouldn't recommend the legwarmers. ;]
