Love is blind is a figure of speech which explains the irrational out of control behavior people experience when they are in " love". Love is also abstract you can't see it, touch it, or smell it. You simply experience. Lust on the other hand feeds into our animal carnal knowledge of preservation. it triggers our endorphins of pleasure, and sets off the serotinins out of control. and when you are lusting you can touch, feel, and smell

love and lust, for me anyway, do not necessarily go hand in hand...one may be present without the other...but when love and lust are in harmony...well...that is when things get interesting.
