its been sitn for a while, i change the oil, antifr, got new valves

You might try having your valve timing checked. I don't recall if your engine has a timing belt or timing chain but if either one is not properly installed after replacing the head, a significant power loss can result.

Cam timing is out of sync with the crankshaft,this also puts the ignition timing out,check the cam timing,get a book

It really sounds like you have a loss of compression. Things aren't air tight. Bad gasket maybe or a crack in the manifold.

Check out the timing. that can really cause a loss of power.

most likley the camshft is a tooth or two out of time
