It really depends on the context. But, if all she said is that she's going to take a shower, I sincerely doubt it. If on the other hand, she preluded it by saying something about she wants you to picture her naked in the shower, that would be different. But I imagine if she had said that, you wouldn't have needed to ask this question. So, calm down, your friend was more than likely just innocently telling you what she was planing to do after talking to you.

Unlikely. Pretty sure she said that just to let you know she'd be signing off soon. She was just being honest instead of giving you a generic "Gotta Go" though she probably didn't realize there was a sexual context involved. Now if she followed up with something like "wish you were here to scrub my back" or something similar than she was trying to get you to think about her, and she is interested in you. Like I said though, I'm pretty sure it was nothing and she's not officially into you.

Not necessarily...girls don't think like guys. She could just be informing you that she's going to take a shower...that's all....nothing dirty behind it...

Well i depends how and when she says it. It probably means she wants you to think she if sexy but it doesnt necissary mean that she wants you but it could.
