By your question, I think you already know the answer(s), so I am making up brand NEW answers.

They do not say it, they ask it. They are asking if YOU have milk (I know they were not asking me so that just leaves you, oh wait, no, there are more people here below now, so they are asking everyone else). The implication is that your mouth has to be so dry that nothing elso on earth could possibly alleviate the dryness other the a mouth covered with milk. Yes, they do not condone drinking it, just getting it all over your top lip, hence the alleged "milk" moustache.

Yes, along with alcohol, it is now illegal to drink milk on national television. Therefore the glasses are filled with a milky like substance that no one knows for sure what it is made of. The moustache takes days of hard scrubbing to get off, so they think it has some white dye number 43 in it.

The "milk mustache" is actually yogurt.

They are implying that you need milk every day, so do you have the milk to take?

Heh. The national dairy board shows these commercials to prove to the consumer that you *need* milk in your fridge. They then ask if you have the milk you so desperately need.

Got milk? Go get some!

I hear real milk doesn't easily photograph. It probably has sugar or some other substance mixed in to help make it look better for the cameras.

It's makeup, not actually milk. They are making sure that you have milk so that you have strong bones, healthy teeth, and an all around healthier life.

They're trying to get you to feel like that person in that commercial feels. Like you gotta wash that cake or brownie down with something. Get it?? Milk?

After re-reading your question, you've got to be kidding???
