You can stop if you want to stop, no one is [forcing] you to be racist. And I also suggest that you get mental therapy.

Move,... get far away from those people.
Avoid people that are self haters,.. people obsessed with this " People are holding me down because fo my color" and they make 50k+ a year or their parents make 250k+ a year each.
It will be hard to find the right kind of people and it could take 6 years to correct anything that you have caught (mannerisms, phrases,.. etc).
Get social online so you get use to typeing properly and that will help people words in your head and effect your vocabulary.
Except most Racisim is Manufactured/Sold/Taught these days. No matter where you go,.. someone has some problems with something. It's not the same as likeing and dislikeing,.. it's jumping on the band wagon and if you liked the hot girl or the greatest team member,.. then you've been sucked into it before. At like it's school,.. because that's all that's been done. People are just immature these days.
Start looking for Chats and Forums for the online help. Find similar interest and talk about that without race mattering. The avatars don't mean a thing,.. the text people use to repreasant their speach doesn't mean a thing,.. their claims at age and gender and the age and gender they act do not mean a thing. You can be anyone. Maybe make accounts to become the race or races the racist comments that have been pushed into you are directed at. Pretend as that race you are the opposite of their accusations.

Some ideas:
1) Don't be so quick to label yourself. No one is perfect.
2) Seek counseling. I don't say this to say that something is uniquely and severely wrong with you, but I think counseling can be a very good opportunity for self-evaluation and improvement if one has a good counselor.
3) Make an effort to meet people of a variety of races. Also, make an effort to read authors and listen to speakers of a variety of races. You will most likely find that your likes and dislikes don't fall strictly along racial lines.

to uncondition yourself you need to stop yourself everytime you think something racist.
you need to meet someone of a different race and make friends. then you need to think of that person and how good they are, everytime you hear those hateful ideas again.
its not easy, but its possible. you may want pro. help from a shrink who knows how to uncondition people. a white one may work with you and later bring in a black/other race colleage so all three of your can talk about your feelings.

Hey, DON'T CHANGE. If you can't make your own decisions and have others program your brain or wash it to make you believe their ideologies than you shouldn't change at all. Because, you must have been too dump to make your own decisions. You were influenced by the wrong people, when you could avoid them.

It's good that you are trying and that you recognize there is a problem. I think we all have different degrees of prejudice no matter who we are. I try to make things simple for myself and not even look at a person. I just know that there is only one way to treat a person and it is equal no matter who they are. We all fail our ideals but it's good to have them nevertheless.

One way to see everyone as equal is to think that we all have the same basic needs: We all need to eat, sleep, to be loved. We all have the same facial expressions when we are sad, happy, disgusted, when we are afraid, mad... you get my point. If you think about it, we have more similarities that differences.
