Watch some movies! May I suggest "The Notebook" or "Brokeback Mountain" if you're into romantic/drama movies, "The Ringer" or "Anchorman" if you're into comedy movies. Or if you're into horror, I would suggest one of the "Saw" movies.
You could also:
Listen to music
Give each other makeovers
Walk around the neighborhood
Pig out on junkfood (which is a definate must)
Karaoke
Dance Dance Revolution
A contest of some sort

I'm going to be honest. You guys can really do whatever.
Be juvenille and do eachother's hair, makeup and nails. Or play lots of games. Sleep on the floor if you want.
You can also do more mature things: cook, shop online and use chatrooms. You could even do something young girls wouldn't do, like an R- or NC-17 rated movie fest. Or you could have cruising contests around the block. Whatever you do, consider how you have fun with each of the girls, and consider that in your plans.

just pretend you're teenagers again!! Remember how fun it was to have slumber parties when you are a teen? Rent loads of movie, maybe make some margaritas, eat lots of junk food!!

Make this cool scavenger hunt(find things to do that you wouldn't usually do)
play chick flicks like The Notebook,The Hot Chick,A Walk to remember.
Have a cool,yet sheek theme for your party
lots of food and snacks!
and give away little goodie bags for old time sake.

Make a fun theme and T.P some other girlfriend's house and have a blast. The best trick is to get some colored cereal and throw it everywhere on the front lawn that's all ways fun.
