I dont understand how anyone in thier right mind would do what a stranger on the phone claiming to be a police officer told them to do, especially since no police would ever ask a person to strip search another, make them do jumping jacks in the nude, and perform sexual acts on others. I cannot comprehend why these people would ever believe a police officer would do such a thing, and why didnt they refuse to do the horrible things they did to the victim? Who I might add must also be out of her mind to comply with all the things these people told her to do without a fight. After watching the story on 20/20 I was completely shocked, they had video of the whole incident in the Kentucky Mcdonalds... and it turns out it was not the only time this had happened. I really cant believe average everyday people working at Mcdonalds could be naive and mindlessly obedient enough to do the things the fake policeman on the phone told them to do.... What do you think this says about those involved?

i was disgusted...(btw im glad someone else saw it!) i work at a groc. store, and i feel like im the only one that kind of goes against the grain and ask questions about our "authority" i know my job isnt mandatory, but, i like it..and if we go on, following orders, this happens..this is the most extreme of following orders.
poor girl. well soon to be wealthy girl.
the manager said that she didnt know they couldnt strip search their employees?? duh! anyways, that doesnt work because she signed about umpteen papers and that is in one of them!
Adults?? thats what these people are? come on! hello?? Where is the concern of the people? mindless drones...question! it upsets me so much! McDonalds is about to be 200million bucks shorter...why would a law enforcement officer have a girl take her clothes off and have a manager check? the manager alone checking is illigeal! not to mention her naked! why would a law enforcement officer do this over the phone?? duh..doesnt make sense..i mean, when has the police ever solved a crime over the phone and with a mcdonalds manager?? never!

anyways, im upset that people are so willing to believe anything...even to these extremes!
and my advice,

Question authority, not rebel. but question..who is this? what authority do they have over me? why do they have authority? what are the reprecussions?

think.

I just watched this on 20/20 and I could not believe it. How can people be so stupid. No wonder the manager was in her 40s working at Mickey D's she is an idiot. That poor little girl, she was naive too, but she was only doing what grown people she thought had good sense told her to do. They guy even said "If you LOVE this job you better do what I say." McDonald's? Come on now. And the lady's fiancee was out of line, getting a bl0w j0b from that girl like it was some normal police policy. What did he think it was, an oral cavity search. Come the hell on. She is suing for 200 million and she should get every penny no settlements.

I watched this too, and I couldn't believe it. I can understand why they complied with getting her to empty her pockets, but shouldn't alarm bells have gone off the second that the guy demanded that she take off her clothes, the underwear especially? I mean come on - it's completely illogical. The man on the phone claimed that the girl was suspected of stealing a purse, for goodness sake. How does stripping her down and making her do jumping jacks make any sense? Did they think she shoved the purse up her rear end? It's ridiculous.

I also think that the one manager who actually got her to perform the sexual acts on him probably enjoyed the whole thing, using the phone call as a convenient excuse to do things that would be otherwise inexcusable.

each physique is accustomed to that IPL is a center of adventure fixing and corruption. So there should not be any marvel by making use of contemporary spot fixing scandal and Sreesanth or 2 different cricketers are no longer remoted case. what's going to you're saying a pair of vast no ball by making use of RP Singh or 3 catches dropped by making use of Pollord in a row. Why, even in the former day's adventure between Rajasthan and Hyderabad, gamers of Rajasthan did no longer decide for run out attraction in a clean run out. IPL is all approximately vulgar money. We aim audience have our each and daily restoration of cricket-leisure. no longer in basic terms there is spot fixing yet additionally fits are scripted and that's pre desperate which communities are going to play off around and which group is going to win the trophy.

You know, I just watched that tonight on 20 20. We were shaking our heads with total disgust at these so called adults behaviour. It's shameful. It's unrealistic, and it's out most annoying that people would teach their kids to obey adults, because this is the type of abuse they get from this sick world. Man, in my house, my children were taught to follow their gut feelings whether it be orders from an adult or not, If it feels wrong, get the hell out of there, and ALWAYS tell!
