Probably some deep seated reason relating to childhood abuse or similar thus it's a way of expressing latent ridding of waste from ones mind of past traumatic events, by degrading oneself with excrement via obsession of faeces....♥

It is just one of the illness of the material conception of life. Because they always look back. They analyze stool. (its a metaphor) They look at the dirt or stool in life. Not the good. They could have been a hog in their last life and still have an attraction to it. Hogs eat their own stool. Their unlimited reasons why anyone could be. They have a very low conscience and are in the mode of ignorance. It is animal type behavior and one could very easily become a dog or hog in thir next life if they make no spiritual advancement and continue this behavior.

I have known of people who were focused on feces and it was do to anal rape as a child. Another person was fixated because her mother forced her to have enemas throughout childhood. A really psychotic child will play in their feces. Hope that gives you some insight.
