usually its in dvd versions, you can ask the stores if they have vcd. go to places like TS, Poh Kim or Laser Flair. These places are located near neighbourhood shopping centres like Jurong Point. In orchard road, you can also try HMV or Gramphone, they have a wide selection of everything. cheers

Most of the CSI available for sale are in dvds, not vcds.
You can buy them from Laserflair, or from HMV.
