Just because you don't fit in your old pair of jeans does not mean you are fat. Sometimes you can still be within the normal range even though you can't fit in your old clothes. Try the ideal weight calculator in the link below

http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

and then compare the result to the BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

You know your a fat head if...your know your self absorbed and still don't care! You know if your hips are too fat if they are wider than your shoulders. You know if your tummy is too fat if you can't see your toes from a standing position. You know your bottom is too fat if you can fall on it and not be jarred at all!
You know if your wallet is too fat...if it won't close. You know if your mouth is too fat if you don't shut up when you know to!

Weighing yourself and comparing it to a standard scale for your age and height are the easiest ways to determine. However, be careful you're not getting caught up in other peoples false opinions of you.

Step On A scale, and remember, you may be fat right now, but its probably baby fat, and if your not a kid still, then its not baby fat, and you just got fat. You know? If it bothers you that much diet. Being obese, is becoming an epidemic..
