i have a mama rabbit and four babys the babies are old enough to be weaned. i sold one to my friend. two others got their own cages but i still have the mama and her daughter. i dont have any extra cages. or the heart to sell the baby. but would it be ok if i housed them together, the cage would be big enough for both of them.

The baby will probally start to annoy the mother after a while. i had two sisters that i kept in the same cage for like a couple of weeks and as they got older they started to fight .it would be best if you could seperate them but if you cant then just watch them cafefully for any signs of fighting(scratchs, missing spots of hair, etc.)as soon as you see signs of them fighting then you need to seperate them.i hope this helps you!!!

I breed rabbits and I put females together as long as the cage is big enough, and they are not eating each others manes. (I breed Lionhead Rabbits) Rabbits are very social, and normally love being with other bunnies. If both rabbits are nice to each other, you wont have a problem.

Yes, if the cage is large enough, but, make absolutely sure that the daughter is also female. I would also reccomend that you spay both rabbits.

you should separate them after being weaned because mother rabbits are known to kill even newborn rabbits. you should house them separately siblings together are OK but you could wind up with more baby's.

yes u should b able 2 but remember wen the baby becomes and adult there may b alot of fightin between them wen they are in season. best way ta get em out of season is ta remove the nest as soon as they hav built it. for more info go to www.lecoeurrabbitrescue.co.uk
