i have had small cramping. very moody. and always tired.

no because i skipped my period and took a pregnancy test and it was negative. i spotted some later for like a day and the test was still negative. but then i got pregnant anyway the following month still without a period

Sounds like you could be pregnant. Sometimes as the fertilized egg attaches or the placenta attaches to your uterine wall you may have a little bleeding with is ok, but I would take a pregnancy test and go see my doctor. You never know what could be happening if you are bleeding. Be extra cautious, and start taking prenatal vitamins right away, if you haven't already.
These are vital at this stage of pregnancy, they help prevent some serious birth defects like spina bifida.

You could be. Usually the spotting is from the baby implanting into the uterus firmly. Go ahead and get a pregnancy test and you can find out for sure.

u can never knw for sure unless u get a preg. test but jus to be safe dn't purchase a confirm clearly becouse they have been known to give many, many false positives. good luck

well you do have some of the signs of being preg. but the only way to know for sure is TEST!!

You could be pregnant and possibly having a tubal pregnancy. this happened to me. You also could be miscarrying. You need to go to the doctor.

yes you can get a period and the next month be pregnant you should go and get checked
