Either, at different times. After work, I love to relax in a hot bath. Especially with a smelly candle, and a glass of wine, and the lights down low. In the morning just before work, the shower wins hands down.

a shower, fast paced, like an action movie, i would love a bath but i dont have time for it, and it does not make me forget about things, it makes time move slower, when i take a bath , i really feel like crying, it's too slow

A shower if you're really dirty- or need to wake up. If your muscles are sore or you want to get ready to fall asleep- a bath can do the trick.
