An exception was already made when he was elected for a 2ND TIME!!!!!!!
Are you suicidal, sado-masochistic, a hater of the environment and humans who are different from you?
Are you mean-spirited, in love with Torture, willing to sell out Americans for oil?
Do you belong to the set of Americans who are th richest in the land but still want more, do you think there should be two classes of Americans - the very rich and the very poor?
Do you want to publish when gas goes up or down by a drop or a rise in Bush's poll numbers respectively.
Do you want your rights taken away without you even knowing, because it's camouflaged in a bill and the Republican controlled media printed it on the comic strip page?
Do you want American to gradually slide into a theocracy, a dictatorship or military rule?
Do you want me and most Democrats to hate you for the rest of your life, begin to riot leading to a civil war?
Then, by all means - lets all put our foreheads on the floor have him give it to us for the 3RD time, by God!!!!!!!!!!.

Oh he would like that very much but he would have to get a now Democratic Congress to agree to an amendment to the Constitution. That AIN'T going to happen. BTW Don't you think he's done enough damage in just six years...why would you let him loose for another term? Look at the hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians who have died since the invasion...that is too much blood for whatever reasons...innocent blood.

dude you must have lost your mind. this country couldn't stand 4 more years after this term of 2 years that is left . but we don't have to worry he would never get elected. The first time the courts gave it to him.

The two-term precedent was set by George Washington and has not been broken (save one instance) since. In any case, why would you want that at all?!

Reelecting Bush for a third time is not possible but buying him another term is.

Nope. The Constitution has already been weakened, watered down and shredded enough already. And this applies to any further changes by any politician.

If he was allowed to run, the Republican's wouldn't nominate him -- they know he would lose, he only has a 35% approval rating. Running him would just guarantee a Democratic Victory. I assume that you wouldn't like that.

Why would anyone want that? His policies are the major reason the Democrats re-took the congress.

I think he is planning to run for President of Iraq in 2008.
It's part of the strategy of "Stay the Course".
