It depends on how many syllables are in your last name. Savannah (beautiful name, by the way) is quite long for a first name, so you probably won't want a middle name with more than two syllables. If your last name has just one syllable, I would go with a two-syllable middle name. Example: Savannah Noelle Black
If your last name has two or more syllables, I would go with a single syllable middle name. Example: Savannah Jade Lewiston or Savannah Lynne Johnson
