we're more sensitive so you dont have to do much , jsut enjoy it yourself

No different from what you are used to.
I was even told by a women who had never been with an uncircumcised man before me, that she thought I was circumcised also. There are a LOT of misconceptions about this out there, by people that just don't know what it is about.

Exactly the same way you please a man that has been. Once the penis is erect, there is no visible difference.
