i am starting staffing agency but dont know how to get contacts with the clients and what rate to offer. i will withhold employees' FWT,SS, Medicare and pay to irs. i will also offered to employees great benefits. doing all of this required alot of expenses on one employee a month. Please someone explain me how ? i already registered Inc. and have a website too.i dont want to charge higher or equall to other agencies from clients.

When you decided to open a staffing agency, where/how did you expect to get clients? Where did you expect to get contacts?
Many businesses, using staffing agencies, have used the same staffing agenices for years. The agencies are familiar with the culture of the office, their needs, as well as, peculiarities of the office, management, staff, etc.
It takes a long time to develop an agency/client rapport. It's not likely that an agency will leave an agency with whom they have a long-term relationship. It has nothing to do with fees.
It's easier for a client to call an agency and say. I'm recruting for XYZ and the agency will know exactly the type of person to send for the interview.
Staffing agencies maintain long-term relationships with their clients. I know of companies that have used the same agenices for years.
