When I flex my left pec it looks normal, but when I flex my right pec it looks like it is about half the normal size. It doesn't look like it starts in the right places. It doesn't go all the way to the middle of my chest, only about 2/3 or 1/2 of the way across the right side of my chest. It also doesn't extend as far down as the other one. What's wrong with me?! (Please, only serious answers!)

Ok, so I know all bodies aren't symmetrical but this is way past the point of just a little bit.

And, no, I haven't hurt myself.

Have you recently hurt yourself? Is there any pain in that area? Have you lost any strength to your pecs (problems pushing your arms out from your body)? As I cannot see your chest, its hard to pinpoint exactly what could be wrong. Your best bet is to make an appointment with your doctor and discuss your concerns with them as they will be able to see exactly what you are talking about.

If you are left-handed, then maybe the right side is not as developed.

Not all bodies are perfectly symmetrical.
