1) On the File menu in the software application, click Print.
2) Make sure the HP All-in-One is the selected printer.
3) Click the button that opens the Properties dialog box. Depending on the software application, this button might be called Preference, Properties, Options, Printer Setup, or Printer.
4) Click the tab PAPER/QUALITY, on the right side of the window you would see a the Print Quality option with a Drop down box
5) Choose the option BEST (600 x 600 dpi) or MAXIMUM DPI (1200x1200 dpi)
6) Click OK button to save the changes and then print.

well it all depends on what your are printing. if you wish to change the settings click start, control pannel, then printers and other hardware, then printers and faxes then right click on the printer you wish to change, then click properties. here you will find a vareity of tabs including color management and many more. toggle the settings until you find your desired properties then click ok. go ahead and print. you can always go back and change them over and over. hope this helps. brodster.
