Because the two cards are from different manufacturers they are, of course, going to have different hardware set ups and will run differently. Check the benchmarks for each card to find out which one is better or at least better adapted to what type of gaming you are looking at.

Ati igp 340 m is an integrated graphics processor for notebooks.
Ati radeon 7000 is a Plug-in card with Interface Type: AGP

Both were first sold in 2002.
