No. However, if you live in a state that has specific laws concerning minors, a neighboring state may honor those laws, even if they do not have the same law. But if you are over 18 you can go anywhere.

Generally no, though states can have differing laws. I would call Planned Parenthood for information about a particular state.
However, it would generally be a federal crime to help a minor travel across a state line to obtain an abortion if it is illegal in their state, or if the parents object.

I don't think you have to live in a state to have an abortion there. Different states have different laws, and you would be subject to whatever state you wanted to have it done in.
