Besides Very Very Few Malls In India, & All Of Them Only Cater To People With Big Bucks (maal hai toh taal hai !!!)
Try Out Your Local Chor Bazar Or Fashion Street...
btw you havent mentioned what kind of cheap goods you looking out??

Very difficult. If you are in Bangalore Big Bazaar is one place to get goods sold at discounted prices. But generally Malls are expensive places. Instead you can try wholesale markets for goods at cheap rates.

you can shop at sadar bazaar Delhi for cheapest rate or you can go to mall like big bazaar lifestile etc.

If ur in Hyderabad, then u can find in Big Bazaar, or if ur in Chennai, then u can find in Spencer's Market.
