Mary Kay offers a great concealer

This long-lasting, waterproof concealer is lightweight and creamy. Select a shade that best matches your skin tone to even it out and to hide darker areas and blemishes. Available in five shades to match a wide range of skin tones and in yellow to help reduce the appearance of red in the skin tone.

Im actually a bit confused about your question. If your talking about the outside of your mouth use face lotion. Make sure it is face lotion bc your face is VERY sensitive. If your talking about your lips, use chapstick or car x when your at home and when your out put really glossy lipgloss so you cant tell. keep reapplying it. If its your lips your probably not drinking enough water.

Girlfriend your lips need moisture. Get some Carmex. You can buy it in any drug store. Walgreens, walmart, longs or even a grocery store.
