So lets say you trade your $100 for the million, then go out and blow the whole million dollars in a week. Well, you're really no worse off than before, are you? Except that you now have a million dollars worth of either products or experiences that you didn't have before (One, million-dollar prostitute, or a million one-dollar prostitutes?) So unless you somehow actually managed to spend more money than you had (which would be tough with a million dollars) there would be no repercussions at all to your million dollar debauchery.
With regard to losing your health, family, friends, etc. There are plenty of people who already are millionaires (3.8 million in the U.S. according to NFO worldgroup) and most of them aren't unhealthy, friendless loners. In fact I'd wager that quite of few of them are actually quite happy and well adjusted and I, personally, would like to prove that I could be one of them.
So anyway, to answer the question: Yes, I would not hesitate for one second to trade $100 (if I had that much) for one million dollars. I would throw caution to the wind with regard to the aforementioned consequences.

I think that almost everyone will say yes to this one
Just look at how many people spend a few bucks a week to win multi millions of dollars in lotteries each and every week

That's a bit extreme for an amount of only one million, which isn't that much in today's world. I'd take it in a second.

It depends. If I would lose my family then I wouldn't trade it.
