You see there's this girl, she's not ugly or anything and it's not me it's my friend she never get asked out by guys at school and they just ignore her but then this other girl gets way more attention then what she wants. What's with that?

I dont think they do, when guys go for the popular girls its just for a quickie, a hit and run, a WHAM BAM THANK YOU MAM, if u will. But they want to take the nice girls home to mom, marry them, and have serious relationships with them!

popular girls are most of the time beautiful,and guys generally try to get it on with beautiful girls(genetics and all that)......... but here's the
shocker,those girls turn into sl-uts later on in life to either regain their previous status they enjoyed at school or to feel better about themselves as they age. nice girls have a great personality which can shine later on in life,and guys do take notice of that as they mature. so just wait a few years........ or your friend shud just wait a few years. you'll see what i mean when you get there

i guess it's the ego thing. when you are dating the popular girl, then most men would envy you. that's what most young men want. it's a macho thing.

Good question, I know why.
Because the "popular" girls are easier to get, obviously. The good, shy, nice girls are harder to get so they don't ask them out, they feel it's much harder to approach them.
