Does anyone know what this means and how to solve this " File System Error (16389)?

I am using a DVD+RW Burner and I have this DVD+RW Disc. But when I tried to add a new folder, it says that it's unable to create a new folder" Whatever name" File System Error (16389) Can anyone help, please???????

Make sure you have DLA installed

First Of All.. I Dont Think You Should Add The Folder. Be Sure Youre Using a Correct File Type, And The Correct Burning Program
