on my nose there are tiny bumps what are they and is it a good idea to put any type of makeup on?

See a dermatologist. Maybe he/she can get rid of them for you.

They might be white heads. Have you tried masks?
There's no way of knowing for sure until you see a professional.

Little zits? No, Make-up with make it worse. Try biore wipes ..They work Great!

try to get rid of those bumps insted of applying make up.
