I like them both. You could call Jackson, Jackson or Jack, both good boys names. I like Cody too, but we had a dog named Cody, so I personally would not name a child that, but that's me. Not knowing your last name, I guess I would write both of he names down with your last name and then say them out loud several times and see which one sounds the best. Also say the name you are going to be calling him all the time (Jackson, Jack or Cody) and see which one sounds the best to you. Picture yourself calling his name out the back door when you want him to come home for dinner. That's what I did when we named out daughter and came up with the perfect name for her.

I love the name Jackson. Actually I'm quite fond of the spelling Jaxon. I have both a cousin and a friend who named their sons Jaxon. I have always liked that name, plus I think Charles Jackson is cuter than Charles Cody.

I agree Charles Jackson does sound better, but Jackson is sooo over used down here in the South. Love, love, love Jack, but you couldn't name him Charles Jack! How about Jack Charles..hahaha

Charles Jackson does seem to flow off the tounge better but I like Charles Cody better. I think its more of a new age name. Charles Jackson seems old fashion to me.
