FOREVER 21 has the absolute coolest clothes for women around. Okay, so their quality isn't the best, but they will last you for a season, even if you wash them in your washing machine (within reason--like don't throw silk or something in there), and by the time they wear out, something else is in style anyway. But they are DEFINITELY the coolest!

For a girl...the mall has good stores but I would go with "cool wave". For guys, i would definitely go to express (girls too). Guys that wear the stripe shirts (not polos) but the dress up shirts look hot wearing them everyday or for dinners...business meeting...but yeah, around area.

Aeropostale. Personally, I like JCPennys and Macys, but theyre expensive. PacSun (Roxy and Bilabong) Gap's OK, Old Navy, and Charlotte Russe (sp?).
