first, at 15 you should not work out too often. 3 times a week is enough. and know what you are doing in the gym...you should only need to exercise 3 body parts at the most because you are at the building-up stage. do supine and incline bench presses for your chest, bentover rows and chin-ups for your back and squats for your legs and forget the rest. your arms will get enough exercise from your chest and back workouts. 2 sets per exercise (excluding 2 light warm-up sets), 8-10 reps each. train chest on day one, rest one day, legs the next day, rest, then do back exercise the following day. do crunches as a warm-up and cooling down excercise....and remember...do not use excessive weights, and if you can, always train with a partner ( for safety and encouragement)

now the diet...protein shakes dont work unless you are getting enough protein from natural sources such as skinless chicken, fat-free fish and egg-whites (half cooked)..also keep in mind that protein will not help build muscle unless you take in more carbs. cut down on fat....eat 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
Do this for at least 12 weeks and you should see encouraging results...surf the www for more tips.

There is so much to tell you but I'll keep it really simple. I know some stuff because my friend is into being really healthy and what not.

When you go to the gym, run first to get your heart rate up. Then you want to lift. Do one section of your body a day. do legs one day, then chest/arms the next time you lift. Also remember that you must spread your work outs evernly throughout your body. A human body natural tries to stay proportional so you need to help it out. Some people only care about their upper body and wonder why they can only get so big even though they rarely work on their legs. I have seen this with two wrestlers when I was in high school. Anyway, after you are done lifting, this is when you want your huge intake of protein. after you lift drink your shake or eat tuna, steak, and stuff with protein and other nutrients. if you do these basic things and a few other things I didn't mention, you will be relatively successful.
