Yes it is quite possible. Sometimes you can be pregnant, but there isn't enough of the pregnancy hormone in your urine to detect it so soon. Relax and wait a few days and take another...preferrably in the morning when your pee is most concentrated.
Good luck!

i have 2 experiences that relate to this question:
1) last year i thought i was pregnant. i had all the symptoms, didn't have my period for 4 months, and was convinced. but all the tests i took were neg. finally, after a while of not obsessing over it, my period came. i wasn't preg afterall.
2) i am 6 weeks preg. i tested negative until 2 days after my missed period - then i got my first positive. i had some symptoms, but not as many as when i had thought i was pregnant and wasn't.
so, try not to obsess over it. test again in a few days. make sure it's officially after the first day of your missed period. if it's still neg, there is a very slim chance that you could still be preg, but not at all likely. so don't convince yourself you are if the tests are saying no,cause it messes up your body for a while!
good luck - i hope you get what you want!

Your horomone levels can go up and down, and should be the highest first thing in the morning. It could even take a day or two, even more after your missed period, yet, may be pos before that. Just keep taking the tests, and if you are prego, it will be pos at some point. Remember, especially in the early days, first morning, after a good nights sleep, is the best time to test.

It's always possible. Wait until you miss your period and test again. Good luck!
