Not sure where these other two guys got their info, but its just not true!. You can hire an attorney where you are located and file for an annulment. You can file any where, not where the marriage took place like the first writer claims.
Second, they aren't expensive like the second writer claims, or just for the Hollywood types. I'm just your average Joe and I got an annulment ....cost was $1500.
Just find a attorney where YOU are, and go from there.

You must have a valid ground for annulment just like psychological incapacity on the part of your spouse under the Family Code. Separation for 3 years is not enough if it was not supported by any ground of annulnent of marriage. Annulment case is expensive and the people that can usually afford it are the celebrities and the rich.

i imagine you would enable the annulment bypass by. Your recommend is authentic in declaring that it would advise that each and every thing contained in the petition is authentic. yet it really is purely on paper. for procuring out of a wedding ceremony, human beings will say quite somewhat something and no one takes it heavily. In some places the purely floor for divorce is adultery, so all of us makes use of that, and no one truly believes it. similar element the position the purely grounds are psychological cruelty - no one truly believes that both. i'm in Canada. perchance issues are distinct the position you're.
