The first ones mean he had alot of lovers and fought alot... which are things someone envies but may have turned out bad for the person that is doing the most.
Dopest means best or great beyond belief,.. instead of dumbest these days.
The last thing is more of that Envy getting to people. They may be looking for "by assosiation" from hanging out with him. Like maybe they can impress people and make people think they are Smart, Wealthy, and Good Looking by hanging out with them. At the same time they may be getting hints of something good while being with them,.. like the most expensive wine, or entry into the best clubs, or sexwith/dateing a gay person that looks good to impress people into wanting to be with them.

I would guess that "got the most ***" means sex. And dopest just means coolest.
