I am almost 23 weeks pregnant, i*ve always had pains on my sides "the round lugament" pains throughout my whole pregnancy, But the past couple nights i keep waking up withh really bad pains in the middle and lower belly, not the same pains as the round lugaments. they usually go away but i have had them since 4 in the morning & they just wont go away.. its worst when i walk.. I havent had an appetite @ all and keep losing weight. Does any one know why this could be..?

Are you constipated? Seriously. If you're stopped up, walking will make it all worse.

If going to the bathroom isn't doing it for you, though, you should call your doctor. Pain that intensifies when you walk could indicated early labor.

frist are you having twins? if so then you are most likely having a misscarrage. if not preg with twins then it could be possible you are having a misscarrage. i am truly sorry to say that but pain down in that region are not good. and not because you are stopped up. go to the dr. asap. and tell him or go to the er were they can check you right away. your utress may be pulling away for your stomch walls wtch this happens alot with girls .hope i was of some help

No idea but you should be contacting a professional. You are more than halfway through a preganacy and if you are losing the baby it holds high risks to your health as well.
I am praying that the worst case scenario doesn't play out for you and that you can carry a full and healthy term pregnancy.
Contact your doctor immediately.

You really need to go to your doctor because that is not a good sign at all..There may be something seriously wrong with the baby..Not trying to scare you but my sister had some of the same problems and she lost the baby..So get to your doctors ASAP...I hope it is nothing serious..Best Wishes to you..

Have you called your Dr.? You don't want too much cramping or pains. I would call the Dr. and if he/she isn't available, call your ER and speak to a nurse.
