The Zune has potential, if you have a Zune, and someone else does, you can file transfer via infra red ports on your Zunes. Otherwise, Nothing beats the IPOD.

The Zune. It cost almost half the price for an Ipod.

It can do everything an 80 gig video ipod can do and has more extra features. It has a built in FM radio and has a kinda big screen.

Zune is a Microsoft brand of portable media players, associated software, and an online service for acquiring and sharing media. Zune was the #2 selling Portable Media Player in the United States during its launch week, but on amazon.com 14 types of iPod are more popular as of December 1st, 2006.[1] The first Zune hardware device was released to the U.S. market as a 30 GB model on November 14, 2006, with a price tag of $249.99.

Well instead of buying a mp3 player for like $120, buy a MP4 Player that has more compatibilities than the ipod nano. You can watch videos with it,listen to music, built-in radio, built-in microphone for recording, and an ebook function. Plus you can see the lyrics when it is playing the song. Ranging from $40-$65, it's much cheaper than an mp3 player, and definitely cheaper than an ipod nano. Buy it from ebay. But beware some ebay sellers sell fake ones. But here is the mp4 player I won, Trust this sell i'm giving you, its worth it.

I currently bought Microsoft's Zune and I think it's great. The features of an iPod and a Zune are more or less the same. There are just some differences, here and there. Plus, a Zune has an FM and Wireless file-sharing feature. Check out www.zuneuser.com for some comparisons and more information.

Microsoft came out with the Zune recently and the company Creative also makes some players. Wouldn't recommend the Zune though...
