I've never heard that one. And using lemon is definitely not a good idea (unless you have oily skin, it'll dry up your skin totally). But i know that washing your eyes in water with a litttttle salt will make the white part, whiter. But take care that no solid salt gets into your eyes, it sh'd be completely dissolved.

I'm not sure about salt but I know that sour cream is used for skin/face whitening. It can help reduce the appearance of rosasia (spelling??) too. I've lessened the appearance of my freckles with it.

don't use salt . it clogs the pores and cause breakouts. use baking soda and water for 1 min and then rinse . after that put a no oil based lotion on oil causes your skin to fade and wrinlkel.
