Does anyone know the song they play at the end of the movie Ploar Express? They play it when the credits and the cast go by, and I really like it. If you know the name of the song and the lyrics, please list it.

I played this in band today and its stuck in my head the first song is "believe", the second is "the polar express" the thrid is "when christmas comes to town" the fourth is "spirit of the season"
