Remove the exhaust pipe from the engine and see if there is a washer in there restricting the exhaust. If there is no washer there is no restriction.

My son rode a friends & said for a 125cc 4 stroke it was pretty strong, almost 70mph. There's 2 ways to restrict, at the intake or exhaust.You can call a Suzuki dealer. The restictor will look like a washer. Most often they put'em at the exhaust. Lube the fasteners well before you try to loosen'em. Also you may need a new exhaust seal. Good Luck !
