Most "dumb laws" you see on websites such as (www.dumblaws.com) are made up or GROSSLY misrepresented.
For example this websites claims that in California:"bathhouses are against the law".[1] This is gross misrepresentation. The real law only bans bathhouses if the encourage sex(this was done to stop AIDS epidemic).[2]
There are however some real illegal laws out there. For example in Tennessee it illegal for atheist to hold public office.[3]
This obviously Unconstitutional and will be struck down if it ever goes to Federal court.
