I liked him at first....then he got crazy with the karate crap, ignored his poor pathetic wife and kids, put those obnoxious streaks in his hair and started dressing like a pimp! And his voice drives me up a wall.....I think he is playing a role and that he is probably gay and is afraid to come out of the closet...

Thank you...you have this Willy Wonka looking freak pegged. And how about his Tai Chi (or whatever it is) room in his office. I get such an erie feeling when I watch him. He is so weird!
And you are dead on about his wife. I don't watch the show during her segments because I'm tired of her whining how "TOO big the house is" and how she doesn't "feel like decorating it." She just stands around with a confused pout on her face. Really no emotions at all.

I work in the business and most actors are real a-s-s-h-o-l-e-s to put it mildly. I've seen Michael Richards take off on other people before and his recent actions were expected. I have also seen many big name starts behave like real jerks with other support people in the industry. Behind the camera is a whole different world - I might even write a book.

Personally he seams perverted to me like he enjoys touching the boobs and all that stuff you can just see it in his face when he is examining them eew. And yes his wife does look sick poor thing has to sit home while he is Brazil swimming with hott models.

He definetely looks gay.
And like many TV shows, it could be all a setup and he may not be like that at all.
Specially loking at the kind of people that show up for the supposedly "expensive" surgeries and they look like don't even have money for a good meal.
And maybe this is not even a doctor!

I think he is selfish and self centered but if you were as rich as him do you think you would give anyone else credit?? I think not!! I'm not saying its right but come on rich people think mostly of themselves that is how they became who they are not by plaing nice!!
