No, because the article said "condoms and delayed sexual activity" were contributing to fewer pregnancies.
And anything that prevents an abortion is OK with me.

Teenagers are never seen picketing abortion clinics, it's parents engaging in child abuse and anti-education that force their children to walk dangerous streets with them that do the picketing.

There is no reason to argue with people not concerned with facts and the morons who believe contraception increases sexual activity are not conserved with facts so don’t argue with them just piss them off using reason and challenge them to use the education provided by the government and read.

no what upsets me is you people think its okay that its because of condoms that tean pregancy is down instead of doing your job and telling them to STOP HAVING SEX AS TEENAGERS. and learn some responsibility.

It's going about solving the problem the wrong way. Liberal solutions to liberal problems don't work and cause more tragedy and heartbreak.

These are band-aid types of remedies. What is needed is the Real McCoy, namely a return to values.

those on the religious right seem to have a problem, since they believe giving away condoms promotes sex...

but those on the right that aren't very religious don't usually have a problem with it...
