No it is not, but sometimes early in the mornings, the grass and trees are wet. Heavy dew fall during the night which keeps the plants and flowers
green and beautiful.
But because of the lack of rain, sometimes where I live, we have a water shortage, and Barges have to transport water from another island to the city.
I love the rain because it wash away the dirt from the streets and brings cooler temperatures.

the weather patterns have changed so much over here. It has rained properly in months. All we seem to get is a fine mist and sprinkle and thats it.

NO! alot of snow and 25 degrees outside, very cold and no wind and clear skies, snow is melting to ice now, very slippery.
